My reference for pricing is 100 words = 1 USD. However, 1 Ko-Fi in my account is equal to 3 USD. The minimum amount you will get is 300 words for 1 Ko-Fi, but generally, I have a Tier List right below that I prefer to use for commissions.

For each Ko-Fi you give that doesn't strictly fit the Tier, I will write an additional 100 words. (Example: You opt for Tier 2 but give me 9 Ko-Fi instead of 8. In return, I will write 2600 words instead of 2500.)
If you give Ko-Fis that adhere to none of the aforementioned tiers, the amount will be 1 Ko-Fi = 300 words until 4 Ko-Fis.

Please reach out to me via Twitter/Tumblr DMs and discuss the details of your commission before payment. Payment is upfront via Ko-Fi, though you can pay either in halves (first half before I begin, then the other half after I finish) or full.
It's usually better if the prompt is specific so I immediately know what you want to see in your story. The basic information that I need for commission are: Word Count Tier, AU/Setting, Pairing/Dynamic, Premise, Rating, DNWs. My priority is ultimately the gist as well as what you do not want to see in your fic (the latter is a higher priority).
I have the right to refuse a commission if I am uncomfortable with the topic/prompt. Though I have no NOTPs, there are some dynamics and premises I will not write because I don't think I can give them justice.
If I ever go beyond the word count of the tier, there's no need to pay extra.
The length of time I typically need to work on a commission is 6-12 weeks. However, if for some reason, you need the work done by a certain time, please let me know and I'll do my best to reach that deadline!
Let me know if you want your commissioned work to be posted on AO3 and gifted to you. Otherwise, it'll be for your viewing pleasure alone. (I don't post unless explicitly requested.) However, I reserve my right to include that work in my portfolio.
